Our sophomore year was an awkward time. We were free of being labeled a freshman giving us higher standing in the high school social hierarchy. Life was easier and yet unpredictable. We were a year short of being upper-classmen. Our minds were fixed on our age. We were firmly in our teens and approaching the legal age to drive. It was our sweet sixteen year.
I think it's your mental attitude. So many of us start dreading age in high school and that's a waste of a lovely life. 'Oh... I'm 30, oh, I'm 40, oh, 50.' Make the most of it.
